Green smoothies

Not sure if anyone has tried this with their hermies? I make green smoothies for my family almost on a regular basis. It consists of almond milk, power greens (tatsoi, spinach, green and red chard, and arugula), flax and chia seeds, sometimes wheat germ, fresh bananas, and frozen fruits like blueberry, mango, strawberries. Many people also put in seaweed - something I haven't tried yet:) Thought if I froze some in these mini ice cube trays I got on clearance at CVS, that I could give them to the hermies as a treat??? I didn't see tatsoi or arugula on either the safe or not safe food list.
Also have a dried seaweed question. How much sodium in dried seaweed is natural? On my dried seaweed bag for ingredients it just has seaweed listed. It came from our local oriental grocery store. The label it says sodium 120mg. I am hesitant to use it. Advice or recommendations for brands u use??
