Last night, I put celery in my crab's tank for the first time. They loved it. :crabbigsmile: I only put a few leaves in not the celery itself and they were shredded this morning. So, today I am putting in the actual celery part and gonna see how they react.

Yeah! Hermit Crabs love all kinds of vegetables and fruits. Have you tried bananas? They are great :crabbigsmile:

not yet. i have a banana flavored treat from thehermitcrabpatch.com that i give them sometimes and they love that but i haven't tried actual bananas yet. do they have to be any specific ripeness.

Nope! They love all bananas! also they love strawberries+grapes :crabbigsmile:

awesome! I'll try those next. They eat the food from hermitcrabpatch.com but they never responded to any fresh food that i put in. now i know what they like.

idk it also depends on the crabs you have, some of mine will go for the fruit and some wont. I have heard the hermit crab patch sells really good food but i have never ordered from them :crabbigsmile:
