HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I searched the site to see if you can feed them Cream of Wheat cereal,some do wet,some grind it and give dry.Am I missing something here? I think Cream of Wheat would be small enough for them to eat.Or would moist be better?

I serve all hot cereals to my crabs dry and uncooked and they have no problems eating any of the offerings. The guys especially enjoy Bob's Red Mill brand 10-Grain cereal.
