HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Can the crabs have shrimp tails that could potentially have bits of leftover meat in them? We went to a buffet and I happened to snatch what I could when my boyfriend wasn't looking. They were the raw ones of course, you're supposed to peel them, and I don't like seafood so...

They aren't,like, soaked in anything? If not, give it a try!

..Also, I too, am a purse ninja, who has to perform acts that would horrify my boyfriend, were he aware of them. It makes relationships exciting! And every now & then he finds something, and the look on his face is so great.

No, they were just on ice. I can rinse them out and maybe steam them with dechlorinated water. I'm just a "fold up the napkin and shove it in my pocket when nobody's looking" guy.

I keep nitrile gloves & little plastic bags because I sometimes like to poke around in carrion for beetles... at the sushi restaurant,I wait for bf to use the wc... once I evn ordered him an extra beer, just to be sure I could get what I wanted of his sashimi. The waitress noticed and looked pretty weirded out.
