Can hermies eat the giblets from the turkey if they are cooked??

You don't need to cook them. Just wash your hands after handling and remove leftovers if they get super smelly/moldy.

Organic is always better but if it's a treat I don't worry.
I'm a wing woman myself, and whoo do the crabs love picking at the bits that are left when I'm done. I don't otherwise ever give them seasoned meats, but it's once a year and they enjoy it so much!
As for giblets, mine only enjoy the liver for some reason, for both turkey and chicken. I leave a small piece (raw) for them and use everything else for gravy.
