It seems to be a balanced all natural diet. Then i could occasionally add fresh table scraps depending on our family dinner that night.

I think you could certainly serve this. However, you need more variety for your fruits and vegetables IMO, so be sure to provide plenty of those. A few extra grains and seeds wouldn’t hurt, either.

I would be worried about the crabs getting bored with it and refusing to eat after a while.

if you need more food, check out "TheHealthyHermit" on etsy. She's got organic food mixes, along with single items, and it's all low prices! I order all my food from her.
it would be a great idea to change the food up so they don't get bored. I bought a lot of mixes and i serve those every night and add single items in sometimes. If you serve too much of the same thing they will stop eating out of boredom. in the wild they have a variety of food to choose from so they rarely eat the same thing.
