Our crabby, Mr. Fishy Head likes to eat the eyeballs out! The night we brought him home he ran off with the minnow head! He even tried stuffing it into his shell! That's how he got his name.

I also have crabs that love to eat the eyeballls out of dried fish. I wonder what makes the eyeballs the most appealing, although I don't eat meat so I definitely won't find out myself.

I eat the eyes just because they’re there (I don’t waste food).

A lot of organs have good nutrients in them. Maybe it’s the same for eyes?

Whoops, no, I was referring to fish in general. My bad! I have never eaten minnows.

I, personally wouldn't eat the eyes out of any fish... but I guess that could be good. However, I'm not about to try eating fish eyes for lunch! :D
