HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I want to feed my crabs rice and potentially other grains. Should I prepare it with a rice cooker, or is there a different way to do so?

I sometimes feed grains cooked, and sometimes raw. I often give cooked, from what I have cooked for myself. As long as there are no additives or things added that they can't have.
