cinnamon honey popcorn
I was looking at some stovetop popcorn recipes for my crabs and I was going to do plain unsalted in extra virgin olive oil- but then I saw buttered cinnamon honey popcorn, I was thinking subtract the butter (too unhealthy, I think) and keep the other two with olive oil. Should I get rid of the cinnamon too? I know honey is a fan fav but cinnamon seems a little uncommon.

We've had members offer cinnamon before. It's used as an insecticide but don't think it'd be harmful.

Cinnamon is actually an insect repellent. I would personally avoid the cinnamon with my hermits. Crabs aren't bugs, but I don't want to risk it. Is there anything else in the popcorn? Butter, salt if so I would avoid because of those too. That's just me though
