Dry and frozen foods and recipes and DIY crabitat stuff

My daughter recieved a hermit crab a few years ago. We've learned a lot. Here is the latest on what I've learned, mostly from HCA. In picture form. We have 3 crabs so all feeding is based on what they eat. Food is checked daily but mostly it's refreshed every other day. It needed to be simple and organized so our 10 yo, now 13 yo, would do the feeding.

In the soda bottle dish something like one frozen item, one dried medley, one protein (rotating whole mealworms, crickets, grasshopper, dried shrimp, or frozen shrimp)

3T cricket and grasshoppers
2T lentil beans
1T flax seed
1T cornmeal
1t spirulina
8 oak leaves
1T comfrey
1T coconut
1T crushed eggshell

1T flax seed
1T oatmeal
1t Passion flowers
1t dandelion leaves
1T dried strawberries
1/2 cuttlefish bone

Grind together.
