I'm looking for a specific list of sea weeds and sea vegetables that are safe or not safe. Does anyone have one or know which are edible?

We don’t have a list specifically for vegetables, but anything available in the grocery store or fish food trade should be safe. Nori, kelp, and ulva are common.
Wild coastal hermits have been observed eating all matter of washed up seaweeds so I doubt that they would be harmed by any marine vegetable.

Do you have any knowledge of wakame, bladderwrack, Irish moss, dulse, kombu, and sea lettuce?

I’m not familiar with bladderwrack but since it’s used as a nutritional supplement in humans I don’t see why you couldn’t offer it.
The others I have heard of before and have seen used as food for either humans or aquaria.

I haven't used Irish moss or dulse, but the others my crabs have eaten. Not crazy popular like corn or coconut, but they nibble.

Thank you all so much! I'm making a shopping list at Mountain Rose Herbs and wanted to add some of their offerings from the sea!

I have used, and use Irish Moss, Dulse, Bladderwrack, Wakame, Kombu - and my crabs like all of it. I would say that Dulse, Nori and Kombu are my crab's favorites.
