Repashy gecko food for my hermits

Okay, probably gonna get slammed for this BUT - I've had my Ruggie for a little over six years now, and for all six of those years her primary diet has been the Repashy line of gecko foods. It's powdered, it's a mix of fruit, plant and animal protein along with minerals and vitamins, and I'm already making dinner for the crested gecko that lives directly to her right so it's been easy to make two bowls at a time. I did purposely buy her the Chicken Pot Pie and the Pumpkin Pie since I figured those were more crabby than geckie, and she does really enjoy them.

These foods worked out so well that when I pity purchased a beat up micro PP a few years back, I had him on primarily the repashy diets for almost two years while he became large enough to go in with my big guys, and he did amazing, really good growth and activity levels. The only reason I don't do it for all my hermits is the overall cost, my big guys could probably polish off a small jar in a few weeks when they really start pounding food!

Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else had thought about it. :) This is the spread she gets, I'll give her two or three options at a time.

I have used the hermit diet that repashy offered at one time, but honestly couldn't get past the smell. It was squid based and really strong. The gecko diets smell like candy! Image

Nobody should slam you for doing something that has clearly worked for your crabs!

I’ve been offering Repashy lately as well, although only in cycle with other foods due to cost. Very popular though!
