Is Laminaria safe?

Post by Links » Fri Jan 05, 2024 7:43 pm

The title says it all. lol

Haven’t been on in a while but thanks to everyone her the crabbies are all still doing well.

I found a seaweed bath from a local nutrition store and it contains Laminaria which I don’t see on any list here. Does anyone know if it’s safe?

Thanks in advance!

Laminaria as a seaweed dried for human consumption is safe. I wouldn't give them anything made for external use.

I’ve used Laminaria in baths before, and it’s usually pretty safe. It’s packed with minerals and can be great for your skin. Just double-check if you’re allergic to seaweed or anything.
