My hermies get fresh and dried food every day, but still they eat nothing but the moss used for humidity purposes. What can I do to entice them to eat? I want them to survive their molts. Im new to hermies, but they’ve been with me for a couple months now.
Also is previously frozen food safe for them? also can I dehydrate food on my own? And what oil is safe for them to consume if I want to scramble them some eggs.

Sounds like they really like moss. Try dried foods if you’re offering fresh, or vice versa. Sometimes adding a little add-on like honey can help make it more appetizing as well
They can eat previously frozen food, yes. As for oil, olive oil is usually regarded as the healthiest option but any cooking oil will do
