Can hermit crabs have Rainbow Carrots?
A few hours ago, I previously posted regarding if my purple pincer hermit crabs can have ornamental /Indian corn. Once again, I find myself wondering if another vegetable I’m growing is also safe for them. I know carrots are great for hermit crabs especially in bringing out their color, but I was wondering if rainbow carrots were ok? They’re usually red, yellow, purple, or pink in color if the color possibly changes anything.

Yes, any color of carrot is safe for hermits.

Rainbow carrots are good to go for your hermit crabs! I’ve given my crabs regular carrots and they loved them, so I don’t see why the rainbow ones wouldn’t be fine too. Just chop them up small so they can munch on them easily.
