My mom made some broccoli with our dinner tonight, and i was wondering if i can give it to the hermies. It was cooked, and she said used olive oil, to steam it or something? Is it ok?

As long as it was not seasoned with salt, butter, or pepper, broccoli is a great food to offer to the crabs. The florets are high in calcium and color-enhancing nutrients.
