Food question. I feel like an idiot.....

I was just looking at the San Francisco Bay company website and noticed something about their dried food. And I feel really, REALLY stupid for asking this, but.....do I have to rehydrate the dried food I got from the Hermit Crab Patch before I give it to my crabs? I've just been giving them the dried food. :oops:

It doesn't matter. You can feed it to them dry or you can rehydrate it. I find that my crabs sometimes prefer their food dehydrated and sometimes not. Good luck!

That's not a dumb question at all! I never even thought about re-hydrating it!! Thanks for asking - and I'm glad I'm not doing it wrong!

I rehydrate, but that's what the directions said on what I had gotten. My guys love dried fruits, though.

I never got to see any directions on the food. My son got to it before I did. He almost dumped it all out together. :shock:

He took off all the directions, ingredients, contents, cardboard so that I have to smell the food to figure out what it is. They are not eating at all with it dried. I'll try re-hydrating some of it.
