Well here is a little recipe my mom found ( that's also safe for crabs!)
1 banana
1 egg
a little bit of coconut oil ( i think like a table spoon or something should do)

put the coconut oil in the frying pan. Mash the banana and mix it with the egg. And then fry it just like you would a pancake or fried egg.

I gave a peice to the crabs yester day, and within 30 minutes snickers was munching away! He loved it! He sat there eating it for almost an hour!

Where do you find coconut oil? I've looked at at least 3 different stores and can't find it! What isle would it be in (baking/ international foods/ etc?)

I've found it in the same area as other cooking oils (olive, canola, etc)...

Just a side note: You can use it yourself to make magic shell (you know, the chocolate covering that 'hardens' over ice cream) - it's quite good, and very easy. You know, just to make you get a larger bottle of it... :)

My mom said she found the good coconut oil is in the health food section.

I found flip at the food dish this morning and puut some more in, and he started chowing down!
