New 30g finally set up!
New 30g finally set up!
I finally set up the 30g tank I picked up a few days ago. It's still a work in progress but I wanted to get it set up and move the gang out of the 10g so they have more room to roam.

Nice I wish I had the space for a 30 gallon tank!

Lovely! May I add a couple suggestions?
Add some fake plants to give them more climbing space.
Add a few more inches of substrate? It looks rather short. They need 6-8" minimum. And perhaps something to help them climb in and out of the water bowl?

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually have one of the coco fiber walls, I'm just trying to figure out the best option to hang it so it doesn't fall. The substrate is a smidge above 6 inches but I'm gonna pick up another thing of play sand this weekend to get it to 8.C_fiesta wrote:Lovely! May I add a couple suggestions?

As for the water bowls I'm thinking of putting some aquarium stones in the bowl to make it easier for the tiny crabs to get in and out.

Ooh, looking good. I bet your crabs are pretty happy to have more leg room!

Yours looks very similar to mine! I'm working on a bubble stone pool, hemp net, and moss pit right now. I plan to post pics when I get it all redecorated.
