Ultratherm Plug Question

Post by SinkoiSunshine » Sun Apr 29, 2018 11:47 am

I bought my Ultratherm long ago, but decided to apply it today because my heat bulb finally went out. But before I opened it I only now just noticed that the plug has this weird shape and I won't be able to plug it in to my normal wall outlets. Anybody know what this is called? Is there a such thing as a converter I can purchase?

When I opened up my Ultratherm it had a normal plug. Can you send a picture of the plug?

Somehow you got one made for use in the UK!

You'll need a UK to US electrical adapter. I don't think they are too much but I don't know where to buy them aside from online.
