Saturday im planning on going to the Philadelphia flower show and i was wondering if air plants are safe to put in the tank??

I know there are some types but am unsure which ones, hopefully @aussieJJDude can give you some pointers- I know there are others who know also, but for sure he knows a lot about that. Good luck- have fun at the show!!

Most air plants to my knowledge are safe. Just to be safe, what exactly were you thinking to purchase?
Safe:
- bromeliads
- tillandsia
- mosses
- orchids
You may need a small 'quarantine' period in case the seller sprayed them with an insecticide. Wash it throughly, qnd repeat it over a month period (while keepingit outside of the tank) to wash any residue.
Most likely, the crabs will destroy them.
