Little thin clear strands!?

Was looking at my crabitat and where a crab dug himself a spot there are thin “string” like things coming off the substrate. What could this be? How does bacteria growth look like in a crabitat? :shock: :shock: :shock:

I agree, if you could post a picture that would be great. You would have to use Tapatalk to do this.
