I'm really struggling to find a direct answer to this question. Would a mix of coco peat and sand about 5:1 be ok for the hermit crab? Is cocopeat different from coco fiber?
It would really help if anyone answers!

It's the same thing, just different names. If you are using a gardening product be careful, as it is not regulated for use with animals and may contain contaminates.
