Would yall suggest changing around the crabitat here and there? Like just to make it different or 'keep them on their toes" lol
And along the same lines how often do you do a deep clean, and do you remove the crabs temp while you clean?

Some people change up the tank often, others (like me) almost never do. It really is just personal preference.
Same with deep cleaning. It really isn't necessary all that often - some of the other admins deep clean once every year or two. Personally I have never thrown away all the sub and started again - I just scoop out bits from the surface and all more substrate as needed with I have upgraded tanks or crabs have grown. Yes, if you are going to remove all of the substrate, you will need to do it when everyone is above ground, and you will need remove your crabs temporarily while you do that.
