second level

I bought a plastic locker shelf to use as a second level but I want to cover it. Can I use the reptile carpet stuff or is there something better? How do I get it to stick to the shelf also? Thanks.

You can use that. I personally have the plastic non-slip drawer mats on my second lvls. They don't slide around, and they're sturdy enough for my micro to walk around on them. The little holes give the crabbies a grip, so it's an all around win.
