Mid 80-s, depending on species.

I had the same question, soilentgringa told me that 90 isn't bad, it could just cause humidity issues. If you're really concerned you could invest in a thermostat, but I personally am just going to let it do it's thing.

The humidity is fine, better than usual actually
So if 90 is good, now my tat is complete!

It's what everyone says to put around it, but there are tapes, bubble rolls, foil and so many other kinds. I don't know what kind to buy

No, unfortunately . I have about 75% of my tat covered in it right now with this cold spell hitting us and it is keeping their temps steady at 82. I have the top 1/3rd
Of their tat without coverage so I can peek in:) Also the topper is only covered in press and seal so I can easily pull it back and look down into the tank. The press and seal is helping to keep the humidity up since they are in the room with the most draft.

I think there may be some confusion here... The UTH can be hung up using any kind of tape. Reflectix won't hold the UTH to the side of the 'tat by itself. It's just insulation. You don't need to cover the entire 'tat unless temps get really bad. Right now I'm enjoying having the back covered and the two sides covered, I still can see in the front window.

Thanks for clearing that up, PinchersandShells
The room our tat is in is very drafty so I have most of my tank covered right now. In addition to that, I have a little hermie digging down there at the front glass, so it helps to add extra darkness and coverage for potential molters
