Easy find... Not to mention cheap and that's means quicker to set up the tank

So I might not have enough sand. Is it ok to put the old sand in?

I got my first set of crabbies when I was a teenager. I had some named after The Land Before Time characters, and then a jumbo crab that I named Gourman (one who eats frequently). Well, many years passed since then. Anyways...When my son was younger, one time while visiting us, my mom decided that he should have hermit crabs. (My mom knew what she was getting us into because she is a crabber). Well...as with the many other creatures we have here, they ultimately became my responsibility. Now he isn't allowed to touch them at all ;) LOL! He's a teenager now, and doesn't care to anyway. :)

Yeah. We ran out of sand so I piled it up for now. But last night all I heard was scratching against the glass! I even woke up in the middle of the night because they were so loud! When we get more sand we will get some vines and stuff. I might get some cool huts from my friend I am adopting from! So excited.

I'm sure your crabs love all of the extra room! Is the white on your uth the paper you take off when you want it to stick? If so I recommend taking that off. That would be a fire hazard leaving it on while using it. I bet you have been so excited about setting up the tank!

Looks great! Just wondering- are the light parts in the sand dry? Make sure all of the sand is sand castle consistency throughout ;)

TBH I am not sure! It is one of the bad ones, we are buying a ultratherm soon. Just haven't gotten the chance to. I will check that.
