I ought two hydrometers/thermometer off of Amazon and have been trying to calibrate them today and they are at 65 and 69
I really want to get them back in my hermit and gecko tanks but not if they are not going to help me... do I need to order new ones ?

I would. I have two Acurite ones. No issues. $8.50 from Amazon. Walmart has them too. They are digital. Run off of one AA battery. Good luck.

Do you have any problems with the batteries and the high humidity? I'm really wanting to go digital.... not trusting my reptilezoo or zoomed ones and I'm feeling too lazy to calibrate.

I haven't so far. They come with a one year warranty. Can't beat the price. Tells you the high and low for humidity and temp for the last 24 hours as well
