Thanks Guys! And...what about mold?

I have been using this website for a few months! I stopped by the pet store to pick up dog food and saw they had hermit crabs. I was told that hermit crabs can live in a little wire cage with a bag of sand and water/food tray. I could also add a toy and some extra shells. Of course I had to get two! I came home, set up my cage, and than decided to google "hermit crab care" in case the pet shop forgot to tell me something. I quickly learned that I had created a torture chamber for my crabs. Thanks for posting all of this information on the website! I now have two crabitats (40 gal, and one slightly larger) with a nice crabby family. My crabs are doing fantastic!!! It's really frustrating that people working at pet stores know so little about hermit crab care. I feel so horrible thinking about all of the hermit crabs suffering.
My only problem is mold in one of my crabitats. I use glass lids and a fogger to keep them nice and humid. They also have several water bowls. I'm having a problem with mold growing on my reptile climbing background (is that what it's called?) and wood hideouts. So far I have been taking out the moldy ones and replacing it with an extra while I wash and dry the old one. The mold comes back after about a week. I some times have mold in the substrate (sand mixed with ecoearth soaked in saltwater) but that's just because one of my crabby's has a habit of stashing banana chips behind stuff. What do you guys do about mold?
