Zilla heat mats?

I was looking on hcp and they sell zilla heat mats. Has anyone tried these? Are they like zoomed? Do they work well, do they require a thermostat? I've heard great things about hcp and they seem to know about hermits, I would assume if they sell it, it works

Just a quick glance at the item itself - thank goodness for google! - I wouldn't be surprised if it's manufactured from the same factory as the zoo-med. (They look very similar in design.) So in saying all that - no, I haven't tested the product or googled others opinions... so I may be wrong - it may be a total waste of money and not warm your tank to the required temp; so I imagine a thermostat would be pointless. :)
