HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I bought a plastic plant mat from Micheals and was wondering if leaving the grids was dangerous and if they would get stuck. They're made of plastic as well but was concerned that they would get stuck if they tried to dig under or in It. Just to know if I should cut out the grid before I place it in the tank.thank you!

I don't think they will get stuck. If you see that happen, you can always modify.
