When I spray the tank, it will stay at 70 for a few minutes, than goes back down to the 60's. It used to never do this. It used to be a constant 90. My heat also used to be a steady 80 - 84, and now when I wake up the temperature has a low of 75.

Temperature can vary if the room temp varies, or if the tank is on an outside wall or by a window and the outdoor temp changes. If that is not the case, then is your heating source still working?

Tanks dry out over time as the substrate releases moisture. It's normal to start high and end up lower than expected.

FWIW and not to jinx myself, my 29 gallon has been stable for just short of two years. Size of tank, size of heat mat, type of light all play a factor. Plus other variables.
I have a heat mat the whole back of the tank, I have aqueon lid that almost completed covers the top with a half inch gap. Temps stay between 80-82 all year around. Room temps usually stay at 70 year round.
Sand was premoistened as recommmended and there is one bubbler in the fresh water pool. I had two bubblers but salt water would get sprayed about and made a mess.
Bubblers were cheap and easy to set up and I feel this helps with humidity. Anyway this is what I did but you will have to see what helps with your conditions.

In the summer, my crabs were very active. The night temp was 80F and day temp was 82F. I had stable humidity. I believe the reason above is why they are no longer active
