No winning on heat and humidity

LED lights don't give off heat. What kind of heaters are you using? If you have ultratherms, they can be insulated. You can use reflectix tape over it and around your tank. If you have a different brand heater, you can insulate the tank around the heaters. As insulation you can also use cardboard with tinfoil behind it.

I have the undertherms. So I can put that all over the back of the tank?

Yes, any heater should cover the back of the tank (outside) above the substrate. It can overlap an inch.

Yes, any heater should cover the back of the tank (outside) above the substrate. It can overlap an inch.
I have 2 undertherms on the back now. So I'll try to cover it and see if that helps

You can use foam, cardboard, and foil to insulate Ultratherm heaters. Shiny side facing the tank

Yay!
