according to my analog hygrometer my humiditys gone up since I started misting and added a third water bowl, which they seem to be using. Is that dangerous? Do I need to fix it, and if so how
Stay awesome guys, gals, and non binary pals

Higher humidity isn't a problem for the crabbies. My hygrometer reads 99% all the time. You may find mold more of an issue as the humidity rises though. Just be careful not to mist too much, it could potentially cause a flood if you overdo it.

Higher humidity usually equates to more mould growth, but as mentioned prior its unlikely to be an issue for the crabs.

Analog gauges are known for being a little inaccurate, so I'd calibrate it if you haven't done so already.

My digital gauges that are calibrated read 90-99% in all three of my tanks. I have no issues - not even with mold.

In new tanks you might have an issue with mold, but I never have.
