Used Wrong Ratio of Coconut Fibers to Sand for Substrate

I just got a tank for my hermit crabs (I’m new to all of this, I just barely got my hermit crabs a couple days ago). I used a mixture of sand and coconut fibers as the substrate. Only problem is, instead of putting more sand than coconut fibers, I put more coconut fibers than sand by mistake. It’s probably like a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio of coconut fibers to sand. It feels like the recommended “sandcastle consistency”, so I think it’s ok, but I just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be a problem for my crabs.

No worries, that's totally fine. The 5:1 ratio is just a recommendation. Some people even use all sand or all EE, it's really up to you. As long as it's sand castle consistency, which you said it is, you're good to go.
