Acurite Hygrometer Reading Issues

Hey, so I've had this acurite hygrometer set up in my tank for about a month. Just today I noticed the reading was messed up. The second digit on the temperature readout is sometimes upside down and/or backwards. Just the one digit. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm really hoping it's not broken. The only reason I can think it might be broken is humidity. I try not to spray it directly but sometimes water gets on it and it has been between 75 and 90% humidity in there. Thoughts?

Yeah, unfortunately none of the thermometers/ hygrometers last very long in our tank conditions. You could try taking it out and letting it dry out. Then calibrate it to see if it's accurate or not.
The shortest time I had one last was 2 months, and the longest was about 3 years - same brand too.

Mine did that too... so I had to get a new one. Lasted like 2yrs, give or take.
