Multi-Purpose Sand?

I have leftover bags of Sakrete Multi-purpose sand, and I’ve seen that Sakrete all purpose and play sand has been approved for hermit crab use, I was just wondering if Multi Purpose is also okay to use for substrate.

Ideally any sand should be listed as safe for use in a sandbox if it's being used for hermits. Products for kids are generally pretty well monitored for contamination because no company wants angry parents to have grounds for a lawsuit. I'm not familiar enough to know if the multipurpose sand is also labeled for children.
