Cleaning my topper

Post by Larissa » Sat Jun 29, 2024 10:10 am

Hi I just created a tank topper for my crabs. I have a 20 gallon long on top of my 55galloon tank. The eco Terra's were too expensive and would not fit perfectly On top of my tank. I need help cleaning condensation in the topper. I think a bendable sponge arm would do the trick but does anyone know where to get one or how to DIY one. Also if anyone have any other cleaning tips that would be great! Thanks!

You may just have to search online for anything that may help, especially if removing the topper for maintenance isn’t practical

I actually ended up taking the bottom piece of glass off of the topper so like a regular aquarium tank without a top or bottom piece of glass so it is literally only the four sides of glass and got a lid to place over it. A lot of YouTube videos on how to properly take apart a fish tank and it worked🤣
