URGENT! Bury my red claw crab, or something else... (GRAPHIC

so today it's been about a week since I saw my last red claw crab hiding behind the filter and not moving. I fished her out of the water not only to find her smelly dead body, but to find that she was full of eggs. I put her in a tin to bury her in the front yard but when looked closely, there where small white specks swimming around in the droplets around her body in the tin. The second picture doesn't do them justice but I'd like to know if I should just bury Phobos or if there's something else I should do. Please let me know what I should do and quickly.

If she is dead, you shouldn't hesitate to bury her.
Not sure what the specks are, but maybe someone else will know.

The smell was so bad that I had to bury her, I'm still very curious why all of my red claws died all of the sudden. Could the specks be some sort of parasite that has been killing my red claws?

There can be worms and things in a healthy aquarium that don't bother the inhabitants, and they do gather to eat dead things.

What was the water chemistry when they died? Top killers are ammonia, nitrite and pH fluctuations.
