Does the body smell rotten? is the shell the hermie used to live in empty? If it doesn't smell bad or anything it might be an exoskeleton, but if not he/she might be dead

Has been still for days out of the shell . I think it’s now dead in a giant shell. I gently moved it into one incase it is molting for safety . Figured either way it’s where it should be .curlysister wrote:Is the crab out of it's shell?
