It is. Like I said, he's not dead because he moves his leg if I'm near but it does worry me. I don't think I have a camera that could watch him 24/7 though. I have been trying to keep a close eye on him during the day.

Just an update for anyone who was following this. I looked again today and he'd dropped legs. Unfortunately, he was dead. He didn't smell because my isopods and made a home near him and were using him as a yummy food source. No wonder they looked so healthy. (Ick). The only remaining question is if my other crab is molting underground or dead. I did see him briefly a month ago and he was moving around underground.
