Naked Crab
My crab in a isolation tank named webby just molted, so I picked him up to give him a bath and he jumped out of his shell when I picked him up. He jumped into my dresser (thank god I had the dresser open) so I put him into the tank again and he went into his shell after two minutes not sure what to put this post in so I put it in emergency. I will post the tank conditions below.

What type of crab ? I have heard that some E's make a habit of bailing out of their shells if they get picked up???

There is no reason to bathe a crab after it molted unless others are attacking it or there was a surface molt.
It was probably startled/stressed.
