Naked!! pleasee help!!!!

My hermit crab is naked!! I isolated her from my other hermit crab, boiled the 2 empty shells, and left her alone, but nothing helped!! please help 
If she still has not reshelled since your post, try this: rinse off the crab in dechlorinated water, rinse out the shells but do not dry them, then place shells and crab in a cup or a small plastic container -- if she is in a small space with nothing but the shell(s), she will probably reshell on her own.
If the cup method doesn't work quickly, you'll need to help her reshell. Again, rinse out a shell that is a bit too large for the crab but do not dry it. Dip the crab in dechlor water and then very gently uncurl her back end and slide her into the shell. You may have to lightly tap her on the head to make her retract into the shell.
