I think this crab may be dead

1. What kind of substrate is used in your tank and how deep is it?
-5" deep 50% playsand 50% coconut fibre
2. Do you have gauges in the tank to measure temperature and humidity? If so, where are they located and what temperature and humidity do they usually read?
-yes, located 1" below top of tank, upper back right side. Current temp: 76' Current humidity: 82%
3. Is a heat source used in the tank? If so, what?
-yes, Exo Terra Night-Glo Moonlight 25W A19 Lamp. 25W is the max wattage for the fixture in the tank
4. What types of water are available (fresh or salt) and how is the water treated (what brands of dechlorinator or salt mix and what ratio is used to mix it)?
-1 pool saltwater 1 cup treated water with 1 tsp FLUVAL SEA Marine salt dissolved
-1 pool 1 cup treated water freshwater
-we have 2 4L jugs of pretreated water that we use for rinsing, cleaning, refilling water, etc., and alternate to ensure rotation. Every 4L of tapwater is treated immediately with 10 drops of Aqueon Water Conditioner (neutralizes chlorine and chloramines, detoxifies heavy metals & ammonia)
5. What kinds of food do you feed and how often is it replaced?
-the following foods are typically sprinkled with All Living Things Variety Diet Hermit Crab Food. This food is ground with whole mini-shrimps
-all-natural peanut butter
-strawberries
-honeydew melon
-tomato
-Food is typically replaced every 24-48hrs
6. How long have you had the crab and what species is it, if known?
-June 1st, 2016, PP
7. Has your crab molted, and how long ago did it happen?
-don't believe he's molted, but he HAS changed shells
8. What type of housing are the crabs kept in, what size is it and what kind of lid is on the housing?
-10g glass aquarium w/resin lid & electric fixture
9. How many crabs are in the tank and about how large are they?
-2 crabs in tank
-smaller one (Rocky) - 1" shell opening
-larger one (Typhoeus) - 1.5" shell opening (he refuses to swap out of the conch shell the pet store had him in)
10. How many extra shells are usually kept in the tank, if any?
-4-5 shells
11. Have there been any fumes or chemicals near the crabitat recently?
-no
12. How often do you clean the tank and how?
-water rotated every 2-3 days, food every 24-48hrs
-substrate not changed. packing is good, no off smells, no mould/parasites, any visible poops are scooped out.
13. Are sponges used in the water dish? If so, how are they cleaned?
-no sponges. found to be of no benefit.
14. Has anything new been added to your crabitat recently?
-no
15. Is there any other information you would like to share that might be helpful (anything that is regularly part of your crab care, playtime, bathing, etc.)?
-misted 2-3 times/day
16. Please describe the emergency situation in detail.
-worried that Rocky has died.
-he went under the bridge but did not dig under.
-we've been watching every day for the last 6 weeks for any movement, NO MOVEMENT OBSERVED. he's in the exact same position.
-Typhoeus has not made any attempt to get at him.
-his colour is extremely pale (light pink/grey), when he used to be orange.
-NO death smell observed.
