Missing for Weeks: Another Question

About a week ago I had made a post here about how my crab had been missing for a while, and how I found him. A week and a few days later, this crab still doesn't eat, and very rarely comes out of his shell. Will he make it? He has two missing limbs.

Are your conditions up to par? Try honey? Are you handling them?

They are up to par. I have two bowls of water, one salt, one fresh. The bowls are big enough to submerge their lower half. I have about 5 inches of EE/S substate, thernometer, hygrometer, fresh food changed daily, fake plants, moss, etc. I don't really handle them much, barely at all. I tried honey and he didn't eat anything.

Could it be that maybe they are eating such little portions that you don't notice? How long have you had said crab (they often are inactive/destressing)? Also, what is your temp and humidity at? This a good reason for the behavior.

I have owned this crab for about 2 years. My temp and humidity always stays at about 77-80% and degrees.

Are your gauges digital or analog? Have they been calibrated?
Have you filled the emergency help template out already?

UPDATE:
Gatsby (the PP) has become more active and has been seen eating at the food bowl. He also has been climbing onto the cuttlebone!
My hygrometer gauge is an analog and was not calibrated being I was unaware of the need to calibrate when purchased.

It's never two late to purchase another and calibrate. It's pretty serious because temps and humidity was critical for hermit life. If your looking at 80 thinking it's a ok and its really 40 you got a major issue. And trust me these gauges are pieces of trash and break and are off a good portion of the time. I'd really recommend you calibrate and get more than one.
