Hello, one of my purple pinchers just molted and she has these spots on her big claw and I don't know what it is. They are black and white and her larger claw almost appears bloody. I can't find anything online about it. Does anyone know what it is? She didn't have these spots on her before she molted. Please lmk if you know what it is. She did not get into a fight with another crab. She came up from the sand after her exo hardened after her molt and was like this

Okay, so I don't actually
know what it is, but were I to guess I'd say some kind of shell rot, or else an injury where the tissues under the shell have become visible due to the shell being cracked/perforated.
Possibly a fight with another crab occurred.
How long have you had the crab? Any new crabs added lately?
Here is the emergency template - filling it out will possibly provide helpful answers:

At any rate, the only way for the crab to heal is to moult. It may drop the damaged claw. .. this isn't a nbad thing.

Thank you for answering. She did not get into a fight with another crab. She came up from the sand after her exo hardened after her molt and was like this. She was in an isolated tank when she molted and has had no contact with other crabs

It's just irritation. She scraped her new exo up a bit before it was fully hardened, either by retracting into her shell or getting sand on it and then retracting. Might keep happening when she molts until she changes shells, but it is harmless and is not going to bother her.
The hinge in her BP does not look abnormal to me for post molt. Sometimes joints will be glossy and an unusual shade for a couple of weeks. Had one that came up with them bright yellow once!
