Lethargic Crab

Post by ROSIEonFIRE » Sun May 12, 2019 12:04 am

This isn't so much of an emergency as it is for reassurance. I'm worried about one of my crabs. He spent all day on his back in one spot, which is extremely unusual for any of my crabs. I picked him up and looked him over and didnt see any obvious problems, but he hasn't moved from the spot where I put him back down. I even put the food dish right next to him and he didnt even seem to notice it.

I'm not bothering with the emergency form bc I know my conditions are all on point and also I know the only thing to do in a situation like this is to wait and see. Just hope it turns out to be me worrying over nothing!

How is his shell? Maybe he is uncomfortable in it. Try putting a few shells near him.
