Hole in my hermit crab

My crabs sit on top of each other alot it never seems aggressive it's them being weird.(or trying to mate)So I think it is from that but I'm not sure. I have heard of holes in this area meaning lung worm so I would like to be safe then sorry! ImageImage

I know nothing about lung worm, but I know crabs have modified gills. Have you posted this on the emergency site?

Crabbies are the wild unknown. All we know is what we observe! There are some highly educated crabby people on here, so I'm sure there will be some answers...or educated guesses! We crabbers are always super worried about everything! It becomes normal after awhile! Just observe! I can't tell you how much sleep I've lost just watching and waiting! Lol
