Back at it again

Hey, so I woke up this morning to Leo out of his shell, and still pale-ish from his molt he was currently going through. I didn’t think too much of it and just grabbed his shell from where he dug himself and put it nearby so he’d get back in on his own accord (the shell was buried in the dirt btw). I come back home few hour later from school to see he’s still not in his shell. What do I do? He can’t stay like this!
Background info:
I have two palm sized-ish crabs. One being Rubi and one being Leo. They both went under for a molt at the same time last month in different spots of the tank. No signs of attacks on either one of them. They live in a 20 gal tank with 6’ of eco earth soil. Temp stays between 75 - 80 degrees and humidity stays 75% - 90% depending on the day. I’ve had some issues with soil being drier than usual, and I haven’t had the chance to douse the soil with water due to the molting (I have been spraying tho as best as I can). There are no signs or history of parasites or infestations in the tank nor any sicknesses as I’m aware of. I alternate between fruits, veggies, nuts, and normal pellet foods for their diet, and keep fresh and salt water available at all times.
