Please help.

I am certain there is a bacterial bloom in the substrate and not sure how to dig up my molters to move them to safety in the Iso tank. Can someone please tell me how to safely do this when I have no idea where the two are?

My guess is maybe a fan shaped makeup brush and gently brush the sand like an archaeolgist would???

You may need to use something a bit sturdier than a makeup brush, but you have the right idea. Start in one corner and then work horizontally through the sub, rather than diffing from the top down so there is less risk of collapsing a cave.
Be prepared to isolate each crab from the others, so that molters aren't at risk of being harmed.
